Every product is a digital workbook. There is no physical shipment. The product page lists the formats, contents, page count, and price. After PayPal confirms payment, the order page provides downloads. A private access link is also emailed to the address entered at checkout.
Keep your copy
Download and retain the files you want to keep. The PDF can be printed or read in a PDF viewer. The HTML and plain-text editions work offline. Online access and optional drafting depend on the continued operation of the service; they are not a promise of permanent online hosting.
Delivery problems or duplicate payments
If files cannot be accessed, an order is incorrect, or a duplicate payment appears, contact our support email with your order or PayPal transaction reference. We will investigate the order and arrange correction or an appropriate refund. A missing email alone does not mean payment failed; check the order page before paying again.
Refund requests
Contact us with your order reference and the reason for your request. Downloaded files cannot be physically returned. We assess requests according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Refunds, when issued, go through the original payment method.
