What Limerencia is.

Limerencia provides written rituals, prompt cards, letter templates, and a private intake for adults who want to convert a fixation into a chosen focus. Everything offered is about the buyer's own attention.

What Limerencia is not.

• It is not counselling, counselling, medical advice, or emergency support.
• It is not a service for contacting, monitoring, influencing, or pressuring another person.
• It does not promise that anyone will respond, return, change, or behave in any particular way.
• It does not offer guaranteed attraction, guaranteed obsession, or any outcome involving a third party.

Age and capacity.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or request any Limerencia product. By using the checkout or private desk, you confirm that you are 18+ and acting on your own behalf.

What you agree not to do.

• Do not enter information about another person — name, contact, photo, messages, or any private data.
• Do not represent Limerencia material as medical, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or relicense Limerencia material without written permission.
• Do not use the private desk to seek monitoring, investigation, or influence over another person.

Checkout and intent.

At launch, submitting the checkout flow creates a non-binding intent record only. Payment is not captured here. When payment is later authorized, those provider terms will be linked here and on the checkout step.

Delivery.

Digital products are delivered as private links. The private audit returns a single written response. The Signal Room membership delivers a monthly link. Specific delivery windows are not promised.

Refunds.

Because most products are delivered as written digital material, refunds are considered case by case after payment is authorized. The private audit is review-before-authorization: if we decline your intake, no charge is requested.

Music and audio.

All audio used on the site is original. No commercial tracks are embedded or distributed. Optional sound never autoplays.

Intellectual property.

All written rituals, card sequences, prompts, and visual identity on Limerencia are the property of Limerencia. Personal, non-commercial use by the buyer is permitted; sharing, resale, or derivative commercial use is not.

Limitations.

Limerencia is provided as-is. It is a small written practice, not a medical or counselling service. We are not liable for choices you make about your own attention or your own life. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency support.

Jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the buyer's province of residence in Canada where applicable, and otherwise by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Mandatory consumer protections of your local jurisdiction still apply.
