What will I receive?

Is this a subscription?
No. Each workbook is a separate, one-time purchase in Canadian dollars. There is no recurring charge.
How do I get my files?
After a confirmed payment, the order page provides your downloads. We also email a private order link. You can keep your downloaded files and use them offline.
Do I need to share my writing?
No. The workbooks work on your own device or on paper. The free writing tools run in your browser. An optional drafting service is separate and asks for consent before sending any text.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email [email protected] with your order reference. Please do not send card details or private workbook answers. We can help with delivery problems, duplicate payments, and refund requests.
